Only review businesses you have actually dealt with. Fake, purchased or coordinated reviews are not permitted.
Factual and respectful
Criticism is welcome, but insults, threats, discrimination, private data, advertising and unrelated content will not be published.
Review and publication
The email address is verified but not published. Contributions may be moderated before publication and rejected for rule violations.
Business replies
Verified business representatives may reply publicly. Replies must remain respectful and must not disclose confidential customer information.
Reporting and correction
Reviews can be reported to support@kleinistanbul.com. Specific information and reasonable evidence from both sides will be considered.
